🖤 Why Odins Ravens?
Huginn and Muninn 🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛—two of the most iconic figures in Norse mythology.
Who they are
 • Huginn = Thought (or Mind)
 • Muninn = Memory (or Remembrance)
Each day they fly out across the Nine Worlds, observing everything that happens, and return to Odin to whisper what they’ve seen and heard. They’re basically divine scouts… and a poetic symbol of consciousness itself.
Myth & meaning
🖤Odin worries in the Poetic Edda that one day they might not return—especially Muninn. This hints at a deep fear of losing memory, wisdom, or identity.
🖤Together, they represent awareness + experience: thought without memory is empty, memory without thought is stagnant.
🖤They also tie Odin to shamanism, trance, prophecy, and the idea of seeing beyond ordinary reality.
Magical / spiritual use (modern practice)
